White Cloud Mountain (00874.HK): Vice Chairman Cheng Ning Resigns
Kalun Hui March 6 — Baiyunshan (00874.HK) announced that Cheng Ning has resigned from his positions as Vice Chairman of the Ninth Board of Directors, Executive Director, Member of the Board’s Budget Committee, and Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, due to reaching the statutory retirement age. After resignation, Cheng Ning will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
Following his resignation, Cheng Ning will no longer serve as the company’s authorized representative. The company’s company secretary, Huang Xuezhen, has been appointed as the new authorized representative, effective from March 6, 2026.
