Big money is hitting the blockchain now. More and more addresses are accumulating tokens as institutions pile in. But here's the real question—what gets tokenized next? Real estate, commodities, corporate shares? The infrastructure is ready. The market momentum is there. Which asset class breaks through first and reshapes how people think about ownership?

I really don't want to admit it, but institutional involvement is a game-changer... However, to be honest, I'm still a bit hesitant about tokenizing real estate; it's too easy to get cut.

The day real estate is on the blockchain will be the true watershed... but I can't bet on this.

I think real estate tokenization has the most potential, really. The housing prices in those major cities in China should have been on the blockchain long ago to prevent scalpers from speculating.
