Position 160 is indeed a bit interesting, but I always feel like this kind of statement is repeated every time. I've heard the word "window" too many times... If a rebound is really going to happen, it would have already happened. What are you still waiting for here? Whether the AAPE chart looks clean or not doesn't matter; the key is whether it can really break through. A pretty chart on paper is useless.
