ngl these volume spikes on usdt pairs are exactly what happens when network congestion kills gas fees efficiency... back in my mining days we'd see this kind of volatility right before a scalability bottleneck hit, not saying resolv's 13% pump means anything but the tps throughput on these swings is sus
