CoinVoice has recently learned that GriffinAI founder @Griffin\_AI disclosed in a post that GAIN (BNB chain) faced abnormal issuance a few hours ago and was subjected to large-scale dumping, causing a sharp price fall. After investigation, it was found that the attacker launched the attack by introducing unauthorized LayerZero counterfeit nodes: they deployed a counterfeit Ethereum contract (Token TTTTT, Address 0x7a8caf) and added it as a LayerZero node for GAIN on the Ethereum side, thereby bypassing the official contract (0xccdbb9). Subsequently, the attacker minted 5 billion GAIN on the BNB chain and continued dumping. Currently, the related attacker's wallet still holds excess tokens.
