Some argue that the four-year cycle should not continue until 2026, as ETFs have absorbed $57 billion in capital inflows. However, counterarguments suggest that the four-year cycle remains intact to date, and from a historical perspective, there are coincidences in timing. For example, Bitcoin’s recent local bottom occurred on November 21, 2025, at a price of $80,524, while the previous cycle’s low point was $15,460 on November 21, 2022 – the dates are exactly identical. Currently, market attention has shifted to January 2026, when a U.S. crypto market structure bill is scheduled to hold a review hearing on January 15.
