It's been a very long time since I've looked at #NearProtocol.
Back in 2023 they were pushing the Web3 OS and sharding pretty hard, certainly some AI plays are involved now as well in the world of dApps.
Aside from $SOL not many L1's had a good run last time around - this is because $NEAR's structure has been corrective since inception.
If count below is correct, this is the first impulse wave on $NEAR that could produce some interesting results.

I haven't looked into this chart for maybe 1.5 years now.
L2's fell flat on their face last run. Without $ETH performance, you couldn't expect much from them to be fair.
That said with $ARB we are likely looking at the first impulse wave it's ever experienced.
It looks clean, yet the risks are still there.

Back in April of 2025, I over estimated the draw down on $HYPE - so I effectively stayed out just given how much overlap in PA there was after a certain point.
$HYPE is acting the same as back then but I'm expecting that to change after a few more waves up.
