Mars Finance reports that the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government issued the “Implementation Plan for the National Digital Economy Innovation Development Pilot Zone (Shanghai).” The plan proposes to build digital technology innovation platforms. It encourages the development of data innovation platforms in fields such as embodied intelligence, autonomous driving, and scientific research. It also promotes the construction of a batch of local data technology innovation platforms with functions such as proof of concept and pilot verification by leading entities in the data field. Additionally, it aims to cultivate 2-3 high-quality incubators in the data technology sector.
