I read an article from Bloomberg that I found interesting. It turns out that beef prices are still rising, but people are not stopping eating it. Instead, they are looking for cheaper options to continue enjoying their favorite beef without breaking the piggy bank.

The funny thing is that butchers and supermarkets have already realized this and are coming up with creative strategies to meet the demand. Chefs are also on the trend. It's as if everyone is on the same wavelength: people want their protein, but without overspending.

Honestly, it's a pretty smart move by consumers. They prefer to adapt by seeking alternatives rather than stop eating what they like. What do you do when food prices go up?
