How do experts "win over" anyone?

1. Emotional resonance: Address emotions first, then logic. Being in sync creates resonance, and resonance persuades.
2. Value exchange: All relationships are resource exchanges. What you can offer determines others' attitudes toward you.
3. Reciprocity principle: A sense of indebtedness is the best motivator. Start with a small favor that’s hard to refuse.
4. Scarcity trap: The harder you try to get something, the more you want to possess it. Humanly create irreplaceable uniqueness.
5. Authority endorsement: People are accustomed to obeying "halo effects." Use external identities and third-party professional evaluations to reduce trust costs.
6. Sunk cost: Get them to invest time and effort in you. The more they invest, the less willing they are to leave.
