This shift is truly crucial. Instead of clinging to cash and real estate, it's better to focus on accumulating resources that can genuinely appreciate—such as your knowledge system, skills, and connections.

AI and automation are already reshaping scarcity. As productivity grows exponentially, traditional goods and services will become increasingly cheap, even approaching free. The amount of money you hoard or the real estate you own will have its value diluted.

Conversely, those truly scarce resources—computing power, energy, bandwidth, and creative IP—will become the hard currencies of the new era. Energy (watts) and computing power (FLOPS) are inherently more valuable than gold because they directly drive the operation of the entire economic system. Whoever controls the access to energy and computing resources will hold the bargaining power of the future. This is not just a theory; starting this year, we need to plan and position ourselves according to this logic.
