According to China's National Development and Reform Commission at its July 31 briefing, artificial intelligence-related industries maintained growth above 30% in the first half of 2026. The country's intelligent computing capacity scale reached 2.8 times the level of the same period in 2025, with the first domestically-produced 10-megacard AI supercluster entering full operation by June. Chinese AI companies released multiple trillion-parameter open-source large language models, and domestic model downloads globally exceeded 10 billion. The nation has established over 120,000 high-quality datasets, with domestic computing power, models, and data chips accelerating compatibility integration.
