Fold listed on Nasdaq, and the stock price briefly pumped over 30%
PANews reported on February 19 that BTC reward Financial Service company Fold Holdings (FLD) successfully went public on Nasdaq through a SPAC merger with FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp on February 19, 2025. At the beginning of the listing, FLD’s stock price once pumped over 30%, surpassing $13, but then fell back to around $11. Fold has become the latest publicly traded company to hold BTC on its balance sheet, currently holding 1,000 BTC worth approximately $96 million.
