According to the announcement, the final offering price for Mengjinyuan is set at HK$12.00 per share, which is at the lower level of the previously announced price range of HK$12.00 to HK$14.40, and will be listed on November 29, 2024. The total amount raised from this issuance is approximately HK$527.48 million, with estimated listing expenses of approximately HK$74.99 million based on the final offering price. After deducting relevant expenses, the net amount raised is approximately HK$452.49 million.
