A lot of people keep asking how ETH can possibly trade under $1,000 again and this chart is the answer.
The entire ETH cycle has been controlled by weekly trendlines. Every time price spent enough time trading above one of these ascending trendlines, the eventual break was violent. This is why I was so aggressive around $4,200 and told everyone to sell their ETH exposure. The weekly trendline was already telling us that once it breaks, ETH would collapse just like it happened after the weekly trendline break during the 2021 cycle.
And we have already seen this happen multiple times in this cycle too. The first major trendline break around $2,400 sent ETH down to almost $1,300. The second one around $3,700 sent ETH all the way down to the $1,700 region. The third one around $1,900 sent ETH down towards $1,500. Now we are sitting on what I think is the last major weekly trendline of this move. If this one breaks around $1,500-$1,600, I think ETH trades under $1,000. Most likely somewhere around $900-$1,100.
That is where I want to start accumulating and under $1,100, I think it becomes a very good long term buy zone. But the strategy will be to accumulate near the lows and then keep adding as ETH starts reclaiming resistance levels one by one. That is the exact strategy that made me the most money in the previous cycle. My main focus also for the next cycle is going to be ETH, because I think that is where the cleanest upside will be. Even if someone accumulates ETH at an average of $1,500-$1,600 and later sells around $4,800-$4,900 in the next cycle, that is already a 200%-300% return without chasing random garbage coins.
