To my 20-year-old self:

Read less of victimhood philosophy represented by popular "feminism," but you must read Ueno Chizuko, because Ueno Chizuko offers structural reflection: patriarchy is the common enemy of men and women. The essence of Ueno Chizuko's thought is to reveal social rules. Essentially, I agree with Ueno Chizuko's views, just from a different starting point.
Read less of literary works by spiritual philosophers like Hesse; these works outline an abstract sense of the sacred, which is suitable for boosting courage but cannot increase wisdom. The truths gained from Hesse’s mountain retreats in Switzerland cannot replace true practice in real life.
Understand the laws, which is the reality, the inherent operation rules of the world. Objectively, seek the first principles—understand genes, instincts, human nature, science, and logic; subjectively, seek consensus—what everyone believes becomes reality.
Early exposure to philosophy in youth—whether good or bad—is uncertain. It witnesses a naive but powerful insight, but it can also lead to losing direction in a game of thought detached from empirical evidence.
May we all make good use of this power, immerse ourselves in the failures, torment, and pain of the real world, learn war through war, learn life through life, and within the meaning, the meaning naturally completes itself.
