Pain hits different when you're trading. Most people panic-sell the dip, then watch it bounce back. Others just numb themselves and repeat the same mistakes.

But here's the thing — pain isn't your enemy. It's your teacher.

When a position blows up, don't just close the app and pretend it didn't happen. Sit with it. Ask yourself: What did I miss? Was my thesis flawed, or did I ignore the risk?

Every loss is data. The trick is extracting the lesson and turning it into a rule you actually follow. Maybe it's "never ape in without checking liquidity." Maybe it's "stop trusting random CT predictions."

Whatever it is, write it down. Build your playbook.

Because the market will test you again. And if you haven't learned from the last round of pain, you're just setting yourself up for a repeat performance.
