Gate.io terminated the scheduled activity of the Startup share of the BAC Games project due to the token price being lower than the scheduled price. Gate.io will cover the damages and refund the participant in full. Token deposit and trading services will be suspended, and tokens will be delisted. Holders can apply for repurchase. Remind users to withdraw in time to avoid losses. Gate.io will cease withdrawals on April 5th. Due to the failure of the BAC Games (BACGAMES) project team to meet the expected milestones or other uncontrollable factors, the original Startup share scheduled activities did not progress as planned. After careful evaluation, Gate.io decided to terminate the scheduled event. At the moment, the market performance of BAC Games (BACGAMES) has not met expectations, and the price of its token has fallen below the scheduled price. In order to maximize the security of your assets, Gate.io will bear all related losses and refund the full amount of your pre-booked tokens to your account within 7 working days. You can check your billing details for refund details. In view of the project’s current progress and market performance, Gate.io has decided to delist BAC Games (BACGAMES) tokens.

Gate.io will take the following steps:

Gate.io has suspended the deposit service of the relevant tokens.
Gate.io will suspend the trading services of related tokens, including related spot trading pairs, quant grids, etc., at 11:00 on March 12, 2025 (UTC+8).
If there is a quantitative trading strategy that is being executed, please adjust the strategy in advance. Otherwise, it will be forcibly stopped before 11:00 on March 12, 2025 (UTC+8).
After the trading market is offline, if you do not want to participate in the repurchase, please be sure to withdraw your tokens as soon as possible to avoid losses.
After March 20, 2025, users who are still stored in Gate.io can submit a form to apply for repurchase, Gate.ioIt will be repurchased at a price of 0.0006 USDT, and the maximum compensation amount for individuals is 1,000 USDT. Users are required to submit an application by filling out the following form after 00:00 on March 20, 2025 (UTC+8) and before 00:00 on March 27, 2025 (UTC+8).
