Scilex Holding Company recently completed an interesting transaction—using Bitcoin to finish the second round of equity investment in Datavault AI (stock code: DVLT). This operation was carried out through the prepayment of warrants, which have all been fully exercised.
Calculating, Scilex has raised a total of 263,914,094 shares of Datavault AI's common stock in these two rounds of financing. As of November 25, the entire installment investment plan has been completely completed. Using cryptocurrency to directly purchase equity is still quite rare among companies listed on NASDAQ.

Market's pricing in more dovish moves from the Bank of England now. Traders are betting on roughly 68 basis points worth of rate cuts before we hit the end of 2026.
That's a shift. Not long ago, expectations were way more conservative. But recent data and the ongoing macro environment seem to be pushing sentiment toward easier policy sooner than anticipated.
For those watching risk assets—crypto included—this matters. Looser monetary conditions typically mean more liquidity floating around, which historically has been friendly to speculative plays. Whether the BoE actually delivers is another

Dell's stock is climbing after the company dropped some impressive Q4 numbers. The surge? AI server demand is absolutely exploding right now. Their latest forecast crushed analyst expectations, proving that enterprises are going all-in on AI infrastructure.
What's interesting here is how traditional hardware giants are pivoting hard into this AI gold rush. Dell's server division is printing money as companies race to build compute capacity. The question isn't whether AI infrastructure spending will grow—it's how fast these legacy tech players can scale production to meet the frenzy. Worth wat

Dell is indeed fierce this time; the demand for AI servers is exploding, and these old-school hardware manufacturers can really compete.

Spotted something interesting on Base's Uniswap today - $Fireside is showing some solid activity.
Here's what the numbers look like:
Contract: 0xD6251D66e3F7B0F77fF41cd917B57Da27333E287
Past 24 hours painted an interesting picture. Buy volume hit $455,997 while sell pressure came in at $383,670. That's a decent buy-to-sell ratio right there.
Liquidity's sitting at $188,892 with the market cap around $301,627. Not massive, but there's actual depth to work with.
Running on Uniswap's Base deployment, so gas fees won't murder your wallet. Always worth keeping an eye on these emerging tokens when t

Alright, alright, once again proving my genius trading intuition - perfectly timed Get Liquidated.
Speaking of it, this coin aster is really strange. Before, it was showing a solid upward trend, very strong. But as soon as I entered the market, it immediately softened. It’s as if it was specifically targeting my pathetic little capital.
I just wonder, how much damage can my little retail investment cause? Does the market have to target me like this? Does such a small capital even deserve to make it turn around?
It's really frustrating, it feels like the entire market is against me.

There's a wild case unfolding in Minnesota right now. A local startup is accusing its largest backer—a Chinese firm—of actively trying to tank the business.
What makes this particularly interesting? It's shining a spotlight on some serious gaps in how the U.S. handles export controls and foreign investment screening.
The startup claims its main investor isn't just pulling back support, but deliberately sabotaging operations. Whether that's true or not, the situation raises uncomfortable questions: How do you protect innovative companies when their funding sources might have conflicting intere

Oh no, another trick of capital... Is the backer trying to kill the startup? This kind of routine has long been rotten in the crypto circle.

---

The regulation in the US really can’t keep up, this kind of thing should have been prevented long ago.

---

The capital war between countries is the worst for startups, caught in the middle and trampled.

---

Wait, is it really about smashing money to destroy or just withdrawing investment? These are two different things.

---

Cross-border financing has indeed become increasingly complex, I dare not touch investors with state-owned backgrounds.

---

Isn't this just a change of name for technology transfer? No wonder the SEC has been making a fuss.

---

Ngl, looking at this kind of news, I’m just glad I got out of positions early.

---

Speaking of which, these kinds of things are more hidden in the crypto ecosystem, who can really check it clearly?

Japanese central bank's signaling a potential rate hike soon, and honestly, the yen's weakness is stealing all the attention right now. Political noise? Taking a backseat. Markets are laser-focused on monetary policy shifts—classic case of economics trumping politics when currencies get volatile.

Major private equity player Apollo and several other financial firms are now facing an antitrust lawsuit in the United States. The case centers on allegations that these companies actively blocked debt refinancing opportunities, potentially manipulating market conditions to their advantage.
The lawsuit raises serious questions about competitive practices in the debt markets. Prosecutors claim the firms coordinated efforts to restrict borrowers' access to refinancing options, which could have resulted in higher costs for companies seeking to restructure their obligations.

Market speculation is heating up around Kevin Hassett potentially taking the Fed chair position. Betting odds have been climbing as traders position themselves for what this leadership shift might mean. Hassett's economic track record and policy stance are drawing serious attention right now. Could this reshape monetary policy direction? The odds movement suggests some folks think it's more than just rumor.

Word on the street is that the current US administration is hammering out an agreement with Taiwan that could reshape semiconductor manufacturing dynamics stateside. The deal reportedly centers on fresh capital commitments and workforce development initiatives—essentially getting Taiwanese chipmakers to pour resources into training American workers for advanced manufacturing roles.
This move comes as no surprise given the ongoing push to bolster domestic chip production capabilities. The semiconductor shortage exposed just how fragile global supply chains can be, and now policymakers are scram

Recently, people keep asking me why I always change my profile picture, sometimes it looks quite formal, and other times it's in an anime style.
Just today someone mentioned this, so I might as well take this opportunity to talk about what we have been working on in the community over the years.
Let's talk about the profile picture first—
