Ethereum options worth $1.3 billion expire

More than 575,000 Ethereum options with a notional value of $1.34 billion will expire on the Deribit platform, with a put-to-call ratio of 0.75. Over the past 24 hours, the volume of put options has been significantly higher than call options, with a put-to-call ratio of 1.17. This indicates traders' bearish sentiment and expectations of falling prices amid increasing volatility in the cryptocurrency market.

Furthermore, the maximum put strike price is $2,200, which is below the current market price of $2,320 at the time of writing this report. The higher volume of put options compared to call options suggests a greater likelihood of Ethereum price decline, as traders adjust their strategies in anticipation of upcoming expirations📈💯❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
