Hey, I saw a news story that scared me. Hong Kong had 12,505 cases of online shopping fraud just in 2025, and the biggest loss? Over 3.7 million HKD. And do you know how? Telegram scam. Someone joined a crypto group there, received a message from an 'agent' asking for a verification code, and just like that – lost everything from their wallet. It's like that Telegram scam we hear about, but with crypto involved. The increase was 8.2% compared to 2024, so it's really getting worse. Moral of the story: be suspicious of anyone asking for a verification code on Telegram, especially in crypto groups. This is no joke.
