Peskov: Russia is ready with the technical preparations to resume oil flow through the "Friendship" oil pipeline
On April 21st local time, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Peskov stated at a briefing that Russia has prepared to resume oil deliveries to Hungary through the “Friendship” oil pipeline at the technical level, but the resumption of transit transportation depends on Kyiv’s actions.
