Xiamen Airport: The purchase of 100% equity of Xiamen Zhaoxiang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has been completed.
Xiamen Airport Announcement: The company has recently completed the transfer procedures for the purchase of 100% equity of Xiamen Zhaoxiang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This transaction was conducted in cash, with the company’s controlling shareholder, Xiangye Group, transferring its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhaoxiang Technology’s 100% equity to Xiamen Airport. The transaction received approval from the Xiamen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and was approved based on an evaluation report. The company held an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on March 9, 2026, to approve the relevant proposal. Zhaoxiang Technology has now completed the industrial and commercial change registration and obtained a new business license, becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen Airport.
