Derui Lithium Battery: Director Zhou Wenjian prematurely terminates share reduction plan

Derui Lithium Battery announces that Director Zhou Wenjian originally planned to reduce his holdings within three months after 15 trading days from the date on which the reduction plan was disclosed, by means of centralized bidding or block transactions, reducing no more than 550,000 shares, which would account for 0.5429% of the company’s total share capital.

Now, because he has resigned from his position as an employee representative director and, after resigning, is not permitted to transfer shares within 6 months, he has decided to terminate the reduction plan early. As of the date of the announcement, no actual reduction has been made, and he still holds 2.2082 million shares, accounting for 2.1798%.
