Stop-loss really is like a breakup, the longer you drag it out, the more painful it gets... At first, I thought "wait a little longer, it'll come back," but now every time I open my wallet, it feels like reviewing a painful memory. Honestly, admitting defeat early actually saves interest, it saves the mental energy of being trapped. Recently, everyone has been talking about rate cut expectations, the US dollar index bouncing with risk assets, and I just want to write my positions on paper: keep what I can accept, press the button on what I can't, and stop acting out inner dramas. I take simplicity as a trap—hearing "hold on and you'll win" sounds too smooth, and instead, I should be more cautious. For now, I'll look at some pixel art to clear my eyes.
