In the first quarter, the General Administration of Customs approved over 6,900 intellectual property rights filings.

Today (the 23rd), reporters learned from the General Administration of Customs that in 2025, the number of intellectual property rights customs records reviewed and approved by the General Administration of Customs for the first time exceeded 30,000, reaching 35,200; nationwide customs seized 86.42 million pieces of goods that infringed intellectual property rights. In 2025, both figures saw year-on-year growth hitting new highs. This year’s first quarter saw 6,901 intellectual property rights records approved, sustaining a solid momentum of growth and delivering a good start for the “15th Five-Year Plan.” (CCTV News)
