Dalian Commodity Exchange Announcement. Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the “Measures for the Administration of Designated Delivery Warehouses of the Dalian Commodity Exchange,” the “Regulations on Qualification and Supervision Administration for Designated Delivery Warehouses of the Dalian Commodity Exchange,” the “Regulations on Qualification and Supervision Administration for Group Delivery Warehouses of the Dalian Commodity Exchange,” and other relevant regulations, after research and deliberation, it has been decided to approve: (1) COSCO SHIPPING Logistics Co., Ltd. waives the qualification of the Polyvinyl Chloride Group Delivery Warehouse and its sub-warehouses. (2) Zhenjiang COSCO SHIPPING Logistics Co., Ltd., Qingdao COSCO SHIPPING Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd., and Shanghai COSCO SHIPPING Logistics International Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. waive the qualification of designated warehouses for linear low-density polyethylene and polypropylene. The above matters take effect as of immediately.
