U.S. Secretary of the Interior Burguam: Trump's order to take action against mine-laying ships is not an escalation
Odaily Planet Daily News: The U.S. Secretary of the Interior, Begum, stated that Trump’s order to take action against ships laying mines is not an escalation.
It is reported that Iran has drawn up a target list for possible military actions by the U.S. and its allies, based on the principles of “reciprocal response” and “offensive deterrence,” with different response options set for different scenarios. For example, if Iran’s power plants are attacked, it will strike power plants of Israel and other U.S. allies in the region with missiles and drones; if Iran’s oil and gas facilities are attacked, it will retaliate against key oil and gas facilities of Israel and U.S. allies, with the goal of reducing global oil daily production by 25 million barrels within a year; if Iranian military and political officials are assassinated, it will target information technology and artificial intelligence centers in the relevant countries.
If Iran’s territorial sovereignty is violated (such as occupying islands or ports), it will launch large-scale joint ballistic missile, cruise missile, and drone attacks against aircraft carriers and attack helicopters of the relevant country. If the blockade of Iran’s seas continues or escalates, it will blockade the Strait of Mandeb and, if necessary, completely blockade the Strait of Hormuz through large-scale mine-laying to cut off all oil export pipelines. If the U.S. military uses bases in the region to launch a ground invasion against Iran, Iran will coordinate ground combat with resistance front units and local armed forces in the base countries, and will rely on local civilians to capture U.S. soldiers. In addition, Iran may carry out surprise raid actions against U.S. interests outside the region. (Jin10)
