Flying Tulip Adds Withdrawal Circuit Breaker as April DeFi Losses Top $600M

Flying Tulip added a withdrawal circuit breaker that can delay or queue withdrawals during abnormal outflows as DeFi losses topped $600 million in the first 18 days of April. The feature works across products by either reverting withdrawals for later retry or queuing claims after a delay, and Flying Tulip said the design is meant to slow suspicious outflows while remaining fail-open if the mechanism malfunctions.
