Kuwait National Petroleum Company refinery attacked and set on fire

On April 3rd local time, the Ahmadi Port Refinery, operated by Kuwait National Petroleum Company, was attacked by a drone early that morning, causing multiple operational units to catch fire. The company stated that emergency and firefighting personnel have begun implementing emergency plans and are working to control the spread of the fire. At the same time, the company is coordinating with relevant departments to monitor the environment around the refinery, and so far, no significant negative impact on air quality has been detected from the fire.
