Spanish police seized two encrypted cold wallets during a raid targeting the country’s largest Spanish-language illegal comic distribution platform. According to Spain’s Ministry of the Interior, the wallets were hidden inside a wall thermometer and contained about 400,000 euros (about 467,000 US dollars). The website has been offering free access to pirated comics since 2014, and over the past decade it has made more than 4 million euros (about 4.6 million US dollars) in profit through advertising revenue. Police have currently arrested three suspects, but it has not yet been disclosed whether they obtained the credentials needed to access the funds. (Cointelegraph)
