Tesla Keeps 11,509 BTC Unchanged as It Invests $2 Billion in SpaceX

Tesla kept its 11,509 BTC position unchanged during Q1 2026 while sending $2 billion of fresh capital into SpaceX. Tesla’s Q1 filing showed no BTC purchases or sales during the quarter. The holding’s carrying value fell 22% to about $786 million, producing a $173 million fair value loss.
