Sam Bankman-Fried Withdraws Retrial Request in FTX Case

Sam Bankman-Fried withdrew his request for a new trial in the FTX case while serving a 25-year sentence after his fraud and conspiracy conviction. Bankman-Fried said he may renew the motion after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit decides his direct appeal and a related reassignment request.
