Travelers Says Prior Claims Bar $2.3M Habitat Loss Coverage
A Travelers unit is asserting in a Texas federal court that it is not obligated to provide coverage for a $2.3 million judgment. The judgment was entered against a real estate broker who was accused of negligently allowing a contractor to destroy a wildlife habitat. Travelers alleges that prior claims preclude this coverage.
