Unrealized losses really can keep people awake more than unrealized gains.

On paper +5%, and I still think "Is that all?";
On paper -5%, and my mind immediately starts making movies:
Am I stupid?
Do I need to reset to zero?
Honestly, it's not about having more money, it's the feeling of "being wrong" that’s so loud,
so loud that it keeps you up at night, flipping through K-line charts looking for reasons.
Recently, I’ve seen taxes being raised over there, compliance tightening and loosening here,
even though prices haven't moved much, the group collectively panics about deposit and withdrawal channels...
When expectations change, unrealized losses feel like they’re under a magnifying glass.
Now, I’m just doing one thing:
Every time I want to cut, I first check the on-chain transfer/unlock timestamps,
to see what I’m really afraid of,
so I don’t get led by emotions.
You say "Just endure and you'll break even"...
Don’t rush, let the data speak.
