Iranian Official: Reopening of the Strait of Hormuz 'Impossible' Amid Open Violations of Ceasefire

On April 23, Iranian Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf stated that a comprehensive ceasefire only makes sense if it is not violated by acts of maritime blockade and ‘hostage-taking of the world economy.’ In such blatant violation of the ceasefire, reopening the Strait of Hormuz is impossible.
