I recently realized that what affects my sleep the most isn't losing money, but when my account turns red and I start imagining "Will it keep crashing?" In other words, unrealized losses are like... and... an alarm clock, clearly not ringing but I keep staring at it. Unrealized gains are actually easier for me to interpret as "luck," but when I see a pullback, I think it's my mistake.

Whenever there's a large transfer on-chain or a hot or cold wallet move on an exchange, everyone rushes to interpret it as smart money, and I also get itchy to check. But after looking at it more, it feels more like an emotional amplifier: you initially only have a small loss, but seeing "whales moving" makes you treat probabilities as certainties. My current approach is: keep my position small enough that I can sleep even if I lose, treat signals only as roadside signs in a corner of the map—missed opportunities are fine, no chasing.
