Just now, I got the itch to chase after a position again, but I was staring at the volatility line, which suddenly jumped like an ECG. I stopped myself: was it because I saw new information, or was I being pushed by that "if I don't get in now, I'll miss out" emotion to add more? Recently, everyone tends to interpret ETF capital flows, U.S. stock risk appetite, and crypto market rises and falls together. Honestly, many times it's just an excuse to give emotion a more sophisticated reason. On second thought, if I can't clearly explain what will sustain this wave of gains or how I plan to handle the pullbacks, then there's no need to pretend to understand. Keep the position small first—better to miss out than to be led by my own rhythm. That's all for now.
