Russia claims Ukrainian forces attacked Black Sea port causing oil spill

Russian Krasnodar Krai Action Command reported on the 20th that satellite images show oil slicks appearing about 1.5 nautical miles from Tuapuxie Port along the Black Sea coast.

The Tuapuxie River also leaked oil due to the attack but has been brought under control.
