Aave TVL lost about $15.1 billion over three and a half days, with some funds flowing to Spark
BlockBeats News, April 22 — According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin’s monitoring, influenced by the rsETH incident, funds on Aave have been continuously flowing out. Aave’s total deposits have decreased from $48.5 billion to $30.7 billion, with approximately $15.1 billion flowing out in three and a half days, nearly one-third of the total. Meanwhile, the performance of other major lending platforms has been mixed:
Morpho: Total deposits dropped from $11.7 billion before the incident to $10.2 billion, a outflow of about $1.5 billion.
Spark: Its SparkLend TVL increased from $1.9 billion before the incident to $3.2 billion, a countertrend growth of about $1.3 billion.
Spark has absorbed some of the whales and institutional funds withdrawing from Aave, including Justin Sun and a whale who previously bottomed out with $500 million in February this year.
