SpaceX announces acquisition of AI programming startup Cursor for $60 billion

ChainCatcher news: SpaceX announced on the X platform that it has reached a cooperation agreement with AI programming startup Cursor. The latter has granted SpaceX the right to acquire it later this year for $60 billion or to pay $10 billion to advance the collaboration between the two parties. Cursor is a rapidly growing AI startup focused on developing code-writing software.
