BlockBeats News, April 22 — According to The New York Times citing two informed sources, SpaceX has agreed to acquire Cursor for over $50 billion. Cursor is a rapidly growing AI startup focused on developing coding software. As SpaceX prepares to make this deal, it is also gearing up for what could be one of the largest IPOs in history.

Cursor was founded in 2022 and has raised over $3 billion, making it one of the fastest-growing AI startups and causing a stir. Previously, SpaceX stated that Cursor had granted SpaceX the right to acquire Cursor for $60 billion, or alternatively, SpaceX could choose to pay $10 billion for the partnership results. (Jin10)
