Last night, I saw a certain PFP promoting "membership benefits" again, and I almost rushed to sign up.

After reviewing the interaction path, I calmed down: frankly, many so-called memberships are just about locking attention for a period of time.
Once the hype passes, what's left?
Brands need to be continuously delivered on, not just with avatar frames and whitelist privileges to cover up.

What scared me even more was seeing that cross-chain bridge had issues again.
The on-chain consensus of "don't move first, wait for confirmation" has almost become muscle memory now.
If the oracle glitches, no matter how many benefits there are, they could instantly turn into a burden.
Anyway, I now prefer to spend less on tricks and more on whether it can truly keep its promises through repeated small interactions over the long term.
