VICI Properties Inc. Enters Into Lease Agreement With Clairvest Related to MGM Northfield Park in Northfield, OH
VICI Properties Inc. has entered into a new triple-net lease agreement with an affiliate of Clairvest related to MGM Northfield Park. This agreement follows MGM Resorts International’s sale of MGM Northfield Park’s operations to Clairvest and results in Clairvest becoming VICI’s 14th tenant. The Northfield Park Lease has an initial annual base rent of $53.0 million, and VICI’s aggregate rent collected will remain unchanged as the MGM Master Lease was amended to reflect a corresponding reduction.
