These days, people are arguing again about ETF capital flows, and then linking it to U.S. stock market risk appetite to explain crypto price movements... I find it a bit amusing. Public opinion tends to bundle a lot of things together, but when it comes to actually placing orders, the time value still slowly chips away at you.

Option buyers are essentially racing against time: even if the direction is correct, you need to be quick enough, or else you'll wake up each day with a little less. Sellers, on the other hand, rely on time to help them, but they fear sudden spikes or crashes that wipe out all the gains they've accumulated. What I’m more concerned about now are signals that are quite simple: whether volatility is starting to become irrational, and whether prices are moving faster than emotions... If there's no confirmation, I’ll just wait. Anyway, rushing doesn’t help me.
