Cameet Gas: Plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.5 (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders

Cameite Gas Announcement: The company is expected to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of 68.5557 million yuan for the year 2025.
The company’s board of directors has proposed the profit distribution plan for 2025 as follows: Based on the company’s total share capital of 695 million shares as of December 31, 2025, a cash dividend of 0.5 yuan (tax included) will be paid for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling 34.7674 million yuan (tax included), which accounts for 50.71% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company for 2025.
This year, the company will not convert capital reserve funds into share capital, nor will it distribute bonus shares.
