I just found out that Arc launched two pretty interesting initiatives for its community. One is Arc House, which basically centralizes everything you need to get involved in the ecosystem: from educational content to information about hackathons, in-person events, and a space for community projects to showcase themselves. What I find useful is that it also tracks members' activity, so you know where you stand in the community.

But the most relevant is the Architects program, which functions as a recognition system without requiring you to formally apply. Basically, if you genuinely contribute to the Arc ecosystem, the program rewards you with points. As you accumulate, you level up, unlock badges, and start gaining access to more exclusive benefits.

What’s interesting is that the program opens real doors: you can apply to be a community moderator, event organizer, technical instructor, or regional manager. It’s not just virtual recognition but concrete opportunities for involvement. Additionally, you gain access to exclusive networking, visibility for your projects, merchandise, and invitations to VIP events.

This structure seems designed so that the community not only consumes content but actively participates in building the ecosystem. The Architects program in particular makes sense because it motivates real contributors, not just token buyers. It’s a different approach from what you see in many other projects.
