Trump says that apart from the nuclear issue, the U.S. and Iran have reached agreement on "most issues"
ME News report: On April 12 (UTC+8), U.S. President Donald Trump posted on a social media platform that the U.S.-Iran talks have “reached agreement on most issues,” but that they failed to reach agreement on the critical issue of “nuclear matters.” Trump said the U.S. has been briefed on the details of the talks, which lasted about 20 hours, but Iran “is unwilling to give up its nuclear ambitions.” Trump said the U.S. will continue to push for negotiations, but at the same time it has already “made comprehensive preparations.” He reiterated that Iran “will never possess nuclear weapons.” (Source: PANews)
