I'm now checking whether the project team is working seriously, rather than first looking at the "roadmap," but instead going to see how the treasury is being spent: money is all poured into slow-moving areas like development, auditing, and infrastructure, or they are daily hosting events, collaborations, and airdrops, treating hype as KPI. Don't just look at how beautiful the milestones are written; focus on two things: whether there are explanations for delays, and whether there are verifiable results (code, documentation, on-chain records). In plain terms, it's about whether they can justify their ledger.
These days, the group is again discussing whether anyone will migrate before and after the main public chain upgrade. The atmosphere is a bit anxious but still restrained. I think whether they migrate or not isn't important; what's crucial is whether the project team has an "emergency budget" and traces of execution for treasury spending at such nodes: testing, backups, communication channels are all in place. Anyway, I stick to the rules myself, and I won't impulsively increase my holdings just because someone says "we need to migrate." I'll wait until they get things done before making any moves.
