The pre-sold house I bought, the developer went bankrupt, and it's been unfinished for three years.

Every month I still have to pay the mortgage.
I went to the sales office and found it turned into a barbecue restaurant.
The owner said, "Are you here to ask for the house? The previous owner came to ask for the house, and I served him twenty skewers of lamb, crying while eating."
I asked, "So what did you say?"
The owner said, "I told him, 'Don't cry anymore, the developer mortgaged the land to the bank, and the bank bundled and sold the debt. Now, no one knows who to ask.'"
